The Essex County Ethics Committee having filed a report charging ROBERT R. BLASI of Morristown with failing to tender his resignation with prejudice pursuant to representations made before this Court (see 64 N.J. 71 (1973)) and said ROBERT R. BLASI having been suspended from the practice of law since July 6, 1966, and said ROBERT R. BLASI having made himself unavailable for service of an order to show cause issued July 1, 1975, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that ROBERT R. BLASI of Morristown be disbarred and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys of this State, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that said ROBERT R. BLASI be and hereby is permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further

ORDERED that service of this order on said ROBERT R. BLASI shall be made by publication of this order for two consecutive weeks in the New Jersey Law Journal.
