On the court's own motion, it is determined that William R. Biersack is suspended, without pay, effective immediately, from his office of Justice of the Fishkill Village Court, pursuant to N Y Constitution, article VI, § 22 (f), (g) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (b), (c).

Concur: Chief Judge WACHTLER and Judges SIMONS, KAYE, ALEXANDER, TITONE, HANCOCK, JR., and BELLACOSA.
