On the court's own motion, appeals taken as of right in the habeas corpus proceeding and in the Supreme Court action dismissed, without costs, each upon the ground that no substantial constitutional question is directly involved. Motion for leave to appeal in the habeas corpus proceeding denied. Motion for a stay in the habeas corpus proceeding dismissed as academic.
