Affirmed on the authority of Ellison v. Abbott et al., Ala., 337 So.2d 756 (1976).

The appeal in this case affirmed the granting of summary judgment filed by only one of the named defendants, Jacksonville State University.

AFFIRMED.

TORBERT, C.J., and BLOODWORTH, ALMON, SHORES, EMBRY and BEATTY, JJ., concur.

JONES, J., dissents.
