ORDER


The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed this court's Order that the minor children, Samson Leo March and Tzipora Josette March, be returned to their father, the Petitioner, Perry A. March, in Mexico. The Judgment and Mandate have issued, and the stay of this court's Order has been vacated. The Court of Appeals has ordered that this court "take appropriate action to ensure that the children are reunited with their father with all due speed."

It is hereby ORDERED that counsel for the parties immediately consult with each other and their clients in an effort to arrive at a mutually agreeable process for the transfer of the children.

It is so Ordered.

ORDER

An in camera telephonic hearing was held in this case at 4:00 pm on April 19, 2001. The parties are in discussion about an agreed-upon method of transfer of the March children. They are in agreement that it is in the best interest of the children that these matters be kept confidential.

It is hereby ORDERED that the parties shall jointly contact the court when they have made further progress in their discussions.
