Opinion

Gen. No. 42,627. (Abstract of Decision.)

Opinion filed October 25, 1943 Rehearing denied November 9, 1943

DIRECTING VERDICT AND DEMURRERS TO EVIDENCE, § 24when denial of motion proper. In action for malpractice to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff as result of negligent treatment by defendant, evidence as to defendant's negligence raised question for jury, and hence trial court did not err in overruling defendant's motion for directed verdict at close of all the evidence.
