This is an appeal from an order denying an evidentiary hearing on a motion for postconviction relief filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We reverse the order and remand the case for the purpose of conducting an evidentiary hearing on all issues raised on appeal to this Court. Further proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the version of Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.851 applicable to motions filed on or after October 21, 2001.
