Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

As to No. 01-P-1422: Insofar as the order entered on August 2, 2001, denied Santiago's request for monetary damages, it is affirmed. The denial of the remaining portions of the defendant's amended motion to modify and vacate the order issued under G.L. c. 209A, § 1( b), is vacated. The G.L. c. 209A order issued on January 30, 2001, and the extensions thereof entered on February 7, 2001; February 7, 2002; and February 5, 2003, are vacated. As to No. 02-P-492: Order dismissing complaint affirmed. Order denying motion for reconsideration affirmed.
