Appeal pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 7A-30(2) from the decision of a divided panel of the Court of Appeals, ___ N.C. App. ___, 615 S.E.2d 45 (2005), affirming a judgment entered 20 August 2003 by Judge Michael E. Helms directing a verdict in favor of defendants Omega Meats I, Inc. and Thomas A. Cassano in Superior Court, Guilford County. Heard in the Supreme Court 13 December 2005.
