The petition for certification by the defendants, the town of Greenwich, board of selectmen of the town of Greenwich and John B. Margenot, Jr., for appeal from the Appellate Court, 57 Conn. App. 712 (AC 18628), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the plaintiff was entitled as a matter of law to an injunction enjoining the defendant town of Greenwich from limiting the use of Greenwich Point Park, including its beach area, to inhabitants of the town?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16356. Ralph G. Elliot, in support of the petition.
