OPINION

THE COURT.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 8, 2003 (108 Cal.App.4th 563; 133 Cal.Rptr.2d 749), be modified as follows:

1. On page 2, in the last sentence beginning "We also conclude" [108 Cal.App.4th 566, advance report, 2d par., last sentence], delete "individual" and insert "oral" in its place.

2. On page 3, in the fifth line of the first paragraph of the Contentions section [108 Cal.App.4th 567, advance report, line 4], delete "individual" and insert "oral" in its place.

3. On page 11 [108 Cal.App.4th 573, advance report, line 4], immediately before the citation at the end of the last paragraph before heading 3 of the Discussion section, insert a numbered footnote:

This proceeding does not present the question and we therefore do not decide which particular expensethe e board of supervisors can consider in determining a rate for reimbursement of 'the actual cost of services rendered' (Pen. Code, § 1203.4, subd. (c)).

4. On page 12, in heading 3 of the Discussion section [108 Cal.App.4th 573, advance report, heading 3], delete "Individual" and insert "Oral" in its place.

5. On page 12, in the second sentence after heading 3 of the Discussion section [108 Cal.App.4th 573, advance report, 1st full par., line 3], delete "individual" and insert "oral" in its place.

6. On page 12, in the last sentence before the Disposition [108 Cal.App.4th 573, advance report, 3d full par., line 4], delete "a hearing" and insert "an oral hearing" in its place.

There is no change in the judgment.

Petitioners' petition for rehearing is denied.
