Reconsideration of Prior Decisions.

On motion for reconsideration. Motion granted to the following extent:

The discretionary appeal is accepted on Proposition of Law Nos. I and II. The Clerk shall issue an order for the transmittal of the record from the Court of Appeals for Hamilton County, and the parties shall brief this case in accordance with the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.

LANZINGER, CUPP, and MCGEE BROWN, JJ., would also grant the motion as to Proposition of Law No. III.

PFEIFER, LUNDBERG STRATTON, and O'DONNELL, JJ., dissent.
