The plaintiff's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 216 Conn. App. 344, 285 A.3d 391, is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that the plaintiff's failed action did not come within General Statutes § 52-592 because it was never ‘commenced’ within the meaning of that statute?"

KAHN, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
