Motion for reargument denied, with $20 costs and necessary reproduction disbursements. Appellant confuses the Federal jurisdictional requirement that there be domicile of at least one of the parties with the one-year durational residence requirement of section 230 of the Domestic Relations Law (see 41 N.Y.2d 71, 73).
