DIVORCE, § 71corroboration of charge of cruelty. In wife's action for divorce, in absence of any corroboration of charge of cruelty, subsequent to condoned acts for divorce, decree for wife was against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. ROBERT JEROME DUNNE, Judge, presiding.

The order for attorney's fees is affirmed, the decree for divorce is reversed and the cause remanded. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the October term, 1947.
