DISMISSED . See AVCO Corp. v. Neff , 30 So. 3d 597, 601 (Fla. 1st DCA 2010) (recognizing that irreparable harm—i.e., injury that cannot be remedied in plenary appeal—must be established before court has jurisdiction over petition for writ of certiorari, failing which the petition must be dismissed).
