AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 117.6when verdict for motorist who struck pedestrian crossing street not against manifest weight of evidence. Verdict for motorist who struck pedestrian crossing street allegedly at intersection was not against manifest weight of evidence, where there was evidence supporting motorist's theory that pedestrian emerged suddenly from behind automobile parked considerable distance from crosswalk, and that impact occurred at that point.
