Appeal No. 59 MAP 2005 from the Order of the Commonwealth Court, entered on April 29, 2005 at No. 851 CD 1984, which approved and confirmed the Liquidator's Amended Petition.
Appeal No. 64 MAP 2005 from the Order of the Commonwealth Court, entered on June 3, 2005 at No. 851 CD 1984, which approved the final distribution of assets in accordance with the April 29, 2005 Order and dismissed Mazzella's motions for post-trial and preliminary injunction.
