BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal is dismissed for failing to comply with this court's June 30, 2014, order to pay the required filing fee or to submit an order from lower tribunal adjudging appellant insolvent for purposes of appeal, this court's June 30, 2014, order to submit a copy of the notice of appeal, and this court's July 24, 2014, order to respond to this court's June 30, 2014, orders to show cause.

Appellee's motion to dismiss, notice of violation of all court orders, and amended notice of violation of all court orders are denied as moot.
