The motion of defendant Farrell to dismiss the complaint is granted for the reasons set forth in the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Gorenstein to which no object has been filed. As this disposes of the last claims against the last defendant, the Clerk shall entire final judgment and close the case.
