Kelly dismissed upon the ground that the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution. Motion for leave to appeal as against California Petroleum Distributing, Inc. and Richard W. Tallon denied. Cross motion by Dawn Kelly and John W. Kelly for leave to appeal denied.
