October 8, 1928.

Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Yakima county, Nichoson, J., entered March 5, 1927, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff in an action to quiet title, tried to the court. Reversed.

This is a companion case to that of Baldwin v. Frisbie, ante p. 294, 270 P. 1025, just decided, and upon the authority of that case, the judgment will be reversed and the cause remanded with direction to the superior court to dismiss the action.
