After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


The Alabama Supreme Court has reversed this court's judgment of May 4, 2001, and has remanded the case. Ex parte D.W., 835 So.2d 186 (Ala. 2002). In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court's opinion, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

Crawley, Thompson, Pittman, and Murdock, JJ., concur.
