Disposition of Petitions for Leave to Appeal Denied with order.

In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Jones v. Montes, No. 5-05-0471 (January 26, 2006), dismissing appellant's appeal for want of prosecution. The appellate court is directed to reinstate the appeal, to grant leave to appellant to file his pro se brief as previously presented to the appellate court, and to otherwise resolve the appeal as dictated by applicable law.
