ORDER
Upon consideration of the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants Calvert Hall Limited Partnership and Mort Yadin d/b/a Yadin Realty [Paper No. 118], Plaintiff's Motion to Reconsider [Paper No. 128], Plaintiff's Motion to Reconsider [Paper No. 135], Plaintiff's Motion to Compel and Enforce (Renewed) [Paper No. 138], and Plaintiff's Motion to Treat Magisterial Decisions as Dispositive and, Therefore, Invalid at This Time [Paper No. 142-3], the responses and replies thereto, for the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum opinion, it is this 31st day of March, 2008, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland,
ORDERED, that Plaintiff's Motion to Reconsider [Paper No. 128] is DENIED; and it is further
ORDERED, that Plaintiff's Motion to Reconsider [Paper No. 135] is DENIED; and it is further
ORDERED, that Plaintiff's Motion to Compel and Enforce (Renewed) [Paper No. 138] is DENIED; and it is further
ORDERED, that Plaintiff's Motion to Treat Magisterial Decisions as Dispositive and, Therefore, Invalid at This Time [Paper No. 142-3] is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED, that the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants Calvert Hall Limited Partnership and Mort Yadin d/b/a Yadin Realty [Paper No. 118] is GRANTED; and it is further
ORDERED, that judgment for costs be entered in favor of Defendants Calvert Hall Limited Partnership and Mort Yadin d/b/a Yadin Realty; and it is further
ORDERED, that the Court will hold a hearing on the amount of the judgment to be entered against Defendant Godfrey on April 28, 2008, at 3:30 p.m.
