Philip JOHENNING & another v. PLANNING BOARD OF MILTON & others.

So much of the judgment as included the corporation as a holder of the 2016 special permit is vacated. The judgment is otherwise affirmed. The matter is remanded for entry of a revised judgment consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
