Appellant, Marilyn Jelinek, has filed a brief in this court which, along with the record on appeal, has been read by the members of this court. We are, unfortunately, unable to grasp the nature of the legal problem involved or the relief sought. We have no alternative other than to affirm and do so. A petition for rehearing will not be considered.

AFFIRMED.
