Action to obtain possession of an apartment of which plaintiff claims to be the lessee. Upon appeal by defendant Brodsky from an order denying his motion for summary judgment, order affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lewis, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
