ORDER OF DISMISSAL AS TO DEFENDANT DEBRA DENCEK


The Court, having received the Parties' stipulated Motion for Dismissal as to Defendant Debra Dencek, and being fully appraised in this matter.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is dismissed with prejudice as to Debra Dencek, each side to bear its own costs and attorneys fees.

ORDER OF JUDGMENT

The Court, having received the Parties' stipulated Motion for Judgment as to Defendant Diem Corporation, and being fully appraised in this matter.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED judgment be entered against that the above-captioned matter against Defendant Diem Corporation for $7500, which includes applicable costs and attorney's fees.
