This case, which is consolidated with cases Nos. 9313, 9315, 9316, and 9317, involves the identical parties and issues as does Harris v. Patent Scaffolding Company et al., 277 So.2d 483 (La.App. 1 Cir. 1973), this day decided.

For reasons therein assigned, the judgment herein is affirmed, at appellants' cost.

Affirmed.
