Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Frank T. Deasy, Judge.

Action by Joe Intagliata, as owner of the fishing vessel San Giuseppe, against the Shipowners & Merchants Towboat Company, Limited, for damages to such vessel as the result of a collision with defendant’s car float or barge. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendant appeals.

Affirmed.
