ORDER
The Final Settlement Protocol accompanying the November 22, 2005 letter of Special Master Kenneth R. Feinberg is approved. This approval follows, and in part is based upon, public hearing of objections to the Draft Settlement Protocol. See Transcript of Hearing of November 9, 2005.
All timelines in the "Proposed Timeline" of the Final Settlement Protocol are extended for 30 days, except the December 1, 2005 timeline. Given problems of mass communications, a slight relaxation of timing is desirable to ensure full due process to all possible claimants.
