ORDER


By motion dated November 10, 2003, the Milberg Weiss Actions request that this Court defer consideration of any pending motions impacting their cases and defer distribution of the notice to the Class while they await resolution of their remand issue by the Second Circuit, in the event their motion for certification of an interlocutory appeal is granted and accepted by the Court of Appeals. Having received a letter dated November 17 requesting that defendants' time to respond to the Milberg Weiss motion be extended sine die, it is hereby

ORDERED that any party opposing the Milberg Weiss Actions' November 10 motion should so inform the Court by December 1, 2003.

SO ORDERED.
