         Petition for leave to appeal denied.

         In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in In re T.T., 351 Ill.App.3d 976, 287 Ill.Dec. 145, 815 N.E.2d 789 (2004). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Stechly, case No. 97544, --- Ill. ----, --- Ill.Dec. ----, --- N.E.2d ----, 2007 WL 1149969 (04/19/07), as it pertains to the State's instant claim of forfeiture by wrongdoing, to determine if a different result is warranted.
