MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
The parties in this case filed a proposed class action settlement agreement on March 13, 2002, and later filed five separate amendments to the proposed agreement. In separate rulings, the Court approved the agreement and each amendment. Nowhere on the docket, however, is a copy of a single document that comprises the agreement as amended. Accordingly, for the purpose of making the record clear, the Court attaches to this Order a "composite" copy of the settlement agreement, as amended. To the extent this composite document does not accurately reflect the original separate agreement and amendments, however, the original documents are controlling.
