MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: SMITH, J.P., CARNI, NEMOYER, TROUTMAN, AND WINSLOW, JJ.

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered July 28, 2020, and petitioner-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of an award of counsel fees, to strike respondent-respondent's brief, for an extension of time to file a reply brief, for leave to orally argue the appeal, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a stay is dismissed, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to strike respondent-respondent's brief is granted to the extent that the appendix to the brief is stricken along with all references in the brief to the appendix, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a reply brief is granted and the time is extended to August 10, 2021, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks leave to orally argue the appeal is granted to the extent that petitioner-appellant shall be permitted five minutes of oral argument as appellant and is denied to the extent that petitioner-appellant seeks time for rebuttal, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
