Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Thomas F. Graham, Judge.

In the matter of the estate of Julius Soboslay, deceased. From an order overruling objections to the final account of Albert J. Fankhauser, executor, and Emma Ungar and another, executrices, and from an order settling the final account and the amendments thereto, and decreeing distribution of estate, the Protestant Orphan Asylum and another appeal.

Orders and decree reversed.
