The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 146 Conn.App. 537, 78 A.3d 230 (2013), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the defendant's rights under the confrontation clause were not violated by virtue of the trial court's refusal to require disclosure of certain psychiatric records of the eyewitness E.P.?”
