IN RE ANDRES SANCHEZ, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Andres Sanchez, seeks mandamus relief in connection with the trial court's striking of counter-affidavits he filed to controvert medical cost-and-necessity affidavits filed by real parties in interest, Amparo D. Garcia, Nancy Mendoza, and G.D., a minor child.

The underlying case is Amparo D. Garcia and Nancy Mendoza, Individually and a/n/f of G.D., minor child v.
