ORDER

This is an appeal from an order terminating Appellant A.M.G.'s parental rights and Appellant M.R.'s parental rights. Appellant A.M.G. filed her appellant's brief on October 18, 2017. Appellee has filed a motion for extension of time to file its appellee's brief in response to Appellant A.M.G.'s brief. Appellee's motion for extension of time is GRANTED. Appellee's brief is due December 8, 2017. NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED.

Appellant M.R.'s brief was due November 7, 2017, and has not been filed. We ORDER Appellant M.R. to file his brief on or before November 20, 2017. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED. If Appellant M.R.'s brief is not filed by that date, we will abate this appeal to the trial court for an abandonment hearing. See TEX. FAM. CODE ANN. § 107.013(a)(1) (giving indigent persons a right to counsel in parental-rights termination cases); In re M.S., 115 S.W.3d 534, 544 (Tex. 2003) (holding that this right to counsel includes the right to effective counsel).
