MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator MHI Partnership, Ltd. filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Lindsay's January 13, 2006 order denying relator's motion to compel arbitration.

The Honorable Tony Lindsay, judge of the 280th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is Vonderstein v. MHI P'ship, No. 2005-42002 (280th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex., filed June 27, 2005.)

We deny the petition of a writ of mandamus.
