ORDER
Relator, Meta Platforms, Inc., has filed a Motion for Leave to Submit Documents for In Camera Inspection. In conjunction with its motion, Relator submitted to this Court a package of documents with a cover letter from its attorney stating that the submitted documents are true and correct copies of the records submitted to the trial court for in camera inspection. Yet, the submitted documents were not certified by the trial court or otherwise properly established to be the records the trial court reviewed. See Humphreys v. Caldwell, 881 S.W.2d 940, 943-44 (Tex. App.-Corpus Christi-Edinburg 1994, orig. proceeding); see also In re Barnes, 655 S.W.3d 658, 668 (Tex. App.-Dallas 2022, orig. proceeding); Fallon v. MD Anderson Physicians Network, No. 01-18-00813-CV, 2019 WL 4019687, at *8 (Tex. App.-Houston [1st Dist.] Aug. 27, 2019, no pet.) (mem. op.) (citing Pope v. Stephenson, 787 S.W.2d 953, 953 (Tex. 1990) (per curiam)).
As a result, we afford Relator ten days from the date of this order to resubmit to this Court the package of documents, bearing the seal of the trial court and bearing a proper certification from the trial court that confirms that the documents submitted for this Court's in camera review are the same records the trial court reviewed. Within this timeframe, Relator shall also provide a privilege log of the submitted records to the Real Party in Interest.
