IN RE GARY MACHETTA, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Gary Machetta seeks a writ of mandamus. Among other things, Machetta asks this court to recuse the trial court judge and associate judge, to stay the trial court's October 27, 2016 oral order, to stay or declare void all other orders issued since July 2016, to "direct" the trial court about its constitutional duties, and to restore a previous order concerning the parent-child relationship pending a final trial.

The underlying case is In re I.M.M. & K.R.M., cause number 2007-50042, pending in the 310th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Lisa A. Millard, presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Massengale, Brown, and Huddle.
