ORDER


In order to facilitate the management of these actions, it is hereby

ORDERED that a signed original and one copy of any pleading or paper shall be filed. All pleadings filed in these actions shall bear the identification "MDL Docket No. 1290" and "Miscellaneous Docket No. 99ms276." When a pleading relates to all these actions, the miscellaneous docket number shall be followed only by the notation "ALL CASES." If the pleading does not relate to all of these actions, the miscellaneous docket number shall be followed by the individual docket numbers assigned by the Clerk of the Court for those actions to which the pleading relates. If such pleading relates to three or fewer actions, the abbreviated caption of each of the actions may be listed opposite its number.
