No. 05-06-00360-CV

Opinion Issued March 30, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 380th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 380-3097-05.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying his bill of review. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has failed to show that he does not have an adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED.
