ORDER ON CLASS PLAINTIFFS' EX-PARTE APPLICATION TO STRIKE THE OPPOSITION OF THE KASIRER DEFENDANTS TO THE MOTION TO COMPEL OR, IN THE ALTERNATIVE, TO ALLOW CLASS PLAINTIFFS' TO FILE A RESPONSE


After considering the arguments set forth Class Plaintiffs' Ex Parte Application to strike the opposition papers of the Kasirer defendants or, in the alternative, to allow Class Plaintiffs to file a response to the opposition papers, for good cause, and Kasirer defendants partial opposition,

The Court hereby grants the Ex-Parte application and strikes the opposition papers filed by the Kasirer defendants in their entirety.

The Court hereby grants the Ex Parte application and gives Class Plaintiffs permission to file a response to the opposition papers of the Kasirer defendants. The response must be filed by July 19, 2004.

It is so Ordered.
