Opinion

No. 93-3649.

November 16, 1994.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Hamilton County; L. Arthur Lawrence, Jr., Judge.

Donna Houghton Thames of Brannon, Brown, Haley, Robinson and Cole, P.A., Lake City, for appellants.

M. Blair Payne and Teresa B. Morgan of Darby, Peele, Bowdoin Payne, Lake City, for appellee.

We reverse the order appealed to the extent that it holds that the responses of appellants Barbara Alford and Kathryn Miller Wynn were legally insufficient to satisfy the requirements of section 733.2123, Florida Statutes (1989). As to all remaining appellants, the order is affirmed.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; and REMANDED.

ALLEN, WEBSTER and DAVIS, JJ., concur.
