ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 627evidence sustaining objections to administratrix' final report. In proceedings on administratrix' final report which did not provide for payment of any distributive share to estate of decedent's surviving widow, evidence warranted findings and judgment sustaining objections by widow's administrator on ground that purported post nuptial agreement did not bear genuine signature of widow.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Wayne county; the Hon. BEN W. EOVALDI, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1949.
