ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 645consideration of report of executor on appeal. In absence of showing to the contrary, Appellate Court would assume that probate court was justified in approving the reports of the executor of an estate.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Jo Daviess county; the Hon. LEON A. ZICK, Judge, presiding.
