Orders Entered November 2, 1999:

On order of the Court, it appearing that there is no majority recommendation of the members of the Judicial Tenure Commission as to the discipline, if any, to be imposed in this matter, the matter is remanded to the commission for further consideration of the question of discipline and, if possible, for a majority recommendation. MCR 9.221 (A). The recommendation of the commission, after remand, is to be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court within forty-five days of the date of this order. This order should not be construed as a ruling on the merits by this Court. Jurisdiction is retained.
